Digital Inclusion Evaluation

An evaluation of a two-year digital inclusion programme delivered across a network of community libraries.

Using pre/post surveys, device-loan usage data and interviews with participants and staff, we assessed the programme's impact on digital skills and confidence.

Our findings shaped the funder's decision to extend the programme for a further three years.
