We partnered with You and Me Counselling to co-design a new Theory of Change with their staff team and therapists. This shared framework shaped an outcomes-focused Impact Report that wove together a wealth of data, insights and stories.
Our report captures the difference You and Me Counselling makes for young people, their families, and schools throughout North East London, championing the voices and rights of vulnerable young people, improving access to mental health support, and supporting their journeys towards independence.
